Quality Manager

Rogers-O'Brien is seeking a highly motivated Quality Manager with high level quality assurance skills that conforms to construction safety, plans and specifications. In order to be considered for this position, you must live within a 100 mile radius of College Station.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Coordinating and scheduling shop drawings, catalog cuts and sample submittals in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a complete record of the submittal process, Change Orders and RFIs.
  • Assisting field supervisors in the interpretation of drawings, specifications, and information requests; answering questions from the architect/engineer.
  • Ensure materials are secured and stored properly from the elements.
  • Review workmanship for conformance with manufacturer’s recommendations and application.
  • Procurement of supplies, materials and assist with budgetary conformant. 

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

  • Degrees in the field of Construction Science or Engineering are preferred, however not required.
  • Experience with carpentry, construction terminology and concepts.  
  • 3-5 Years Experience
