Communication

  • We serve as conduits, sharing and exchanging information and ideas with those who we collaborate with and those who we serve. We translate the "I" in BIM through Model-Based Estimating, convey coordination issues, create visuals that tell the story of how we plan to build through logistics and 4D schedules, dive deeper into installation details through drawings we generate, and present plans that explain how we will execute a process. We help each other progress by sharing knowledge, experiences, and share those ideas to the industry through presentations and engagement in external organizations. We also contribute to the development of our builders and preconstruction specialists through training of tools and workflows that contribute to the effectiveness of their goals. Last but not least, we partner with our brand ambassadors to create deliverables that show and tell how we are Texas' Premier Builder.

Create

  • We are creators in one way or another, whether it is creating deliverables that communicate information to/from the virtual world, generating our own model content when there are gaps in our coordination efforts, get creative with story-telling through animations, imagery, and videos, or simply, capturing the physical world through laser scanning and photogrammetry, to help us visualize, plan, and coordinate. There is a level of bringing things into existence in what we do. When we are presented new challenges, we come up with ways to overcome those challenges with new processes, and through our processes, we strive to synergize people, information, and ideas.

R&D Towards a Better Way
