RO is proud to announce that our project, the AMN Healthcare TI, has been awarded the TEXO Distinguished Building Awards for the Interior Finish-Out (over $10 million) category. This recognition underscores the dedication and collaborative spirit that defined our approach to delivering this transformative project ahead of schedule.

Spanning three floors and encompassing a total of 92,420 square feet, the AMN Healthcare TI project was meticulously crafted to meet the unique needs of AMN Healthcare. This project provided us with the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships with esteemed partners such as the Billingsley Company, CBRE Group Inc. (Owner’s Rep), and O’Brien Architects (Architect) while forging new partnerships with AMN Healthcare.

One of the standout features of the AMN Healthcare TI project was the implementation of unique construction techniques to overcome design challenges. The monument staircase, a striking focal point of the office space, presented logistical complexities that required innovative solutions. From the removal of exterior glazing to the precise placement of significant structural elements, every detail was carefully considered and executed. The result is a stunning architectural feature that not only serves its functional purpose but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space.

Beyond the monument staircase, the team managed lead times for various light fixtures and navigated the complexities of working within an occupied building. The team recognized the importance of minimizing disruption to other tenants, so they worked with the trade partners to implement stringent measures to ensure a smooth coexistence. Adhering to a noise requirement was a vital aspect of this strategy, and it was rigorously followed throughout the entire construction process.

Despite the challenges faced, our team demonstrated unparalleled dedication and commitment to excellence. By surpassing project goals and delivering all three levels of the space ahead of schedule, the team showcased their ability to manage time, resources, and logistics effectively.
