The Confidential Family Offices, located adjacent to the Katy Trail near Southern Methodist University’s campus, is a flagship office project for the confidential, high-profile family. Most notably, the family is  known best for its involvement with the AC Cobra and Mustang for Ford Motor Company. The scope of the project includes a parking garage totaling 30,000 square feet, an auto showroom totaling 7,400 square feet, as well as office space totaling 22,000 square feet.
