Rogers-O’Brien is currently building this 10-story, 322,653 CF CIP precast panel skin and glass office building for our longtime client, Billingsley Company. Additional to the building is a four-story, 470,867 SF pre-cast parking garage with 1,534 parking spaces.

This is Rogers-O’Brien’s fifth building for Cypress Waters, a development that contains office buildings and parking garages, multi-family residential, restaurants, outdoor amphitheater, hiking trails, and more.
