KE Andrews is a next-generation headquarters office building for the 40 year-old family-owned tax advisory firm. RO recently completed the ground-up and interior construction. The Texas Modern-style building, totaling 80,000 SF, rises four stories on a dramatically sloping, heavily-wooded site, which overlooks Lake Ray Hubbard. Terraces at each level provide unobstructed views of the lake. A large south-facing glass atrium lobby welcomes clients and visitors. The ground level, partially embedded in the slope and spanning roughly 20,000 square feet, is a communal break room for the company’s staff.
