Rogers-O’Brien is currently constructing a Phase II building for Independent Financial. The completed project will be a 198,000 SF, six-story luxury office building with stone and dynamic glass. It will feature an adjacent 4.5 floor parking garage, with 370 parking spaces. It was designed expertly to seamlessly blend with the neighboring Independent Financial building. 

The building is located adjacent to the Independent Financial Headquarters RO completed construction on in 2019.

KDC is the developer of Independent Financial Phase II.
