The Highland Mall Dillard's Building is being renovated into a four-level educational building by the Austin Community College. The 187,000 square-foot campus will be comprised of office and administrative space, with a 21,000 square-foot addition. The addition will include three studios and support space for ACC TV and KLRU. Site improvements will include landscaping, covered walks and surface parking. The project is targeting LEED Silver certification.
