First Generation Buildout of 27K SF of Data Hall Space consisting of new raised access flooring, suspended ACT ceiling within existing shell. Scope includes associated MEP for required power, air handling and fire protection. Rogers-O’Brien is working on the transformation of shell space including all construction services and coordination necessary to deliver the project with a live production data center. Management and buyout of Electrical, Mechanical/Plumbing, Fire, and Telecom and access flooring. RO is reponsible for the coordination and mangagement of OFCI equipment, controls and commissioning.

This project scope includes installation of two (2) UPSs and all UPS to ATS & switchgear integration wiring in UPS-2B and the installation of four (4) STSs, either (8) PDUs, and ten (10) CRAHs in Pod#1 galleries as well as eighty (80) RPPs in the Pod #1 Data Hall.  Additionally, all controls (BAS/BMS/EPMS) infrastructure for this infrastructure shall be installed, programmed, tested, and Cx'd.
