RO completed construction for the corporate campus for Fasken Oil, located on 16 acres along the North IH-10 corridor in San Antonio, Texas. Phase 1 of the multi-phase project consists of a 212,000 SF, five-story elevated concrete office building and a seven-level, 1,155 car parking garage. Phase 2 consists of a 141,700 SF, four-story elevated concrete office building and seven-level, 762 car parking garage. Included in the scope are three free-standing restaurants. The design emphasizes a walkable campus, tied into the city of San Antonio's planned expansion of the Leon Creek Greenway.
