West 7th

Fort Worth, Texas

Architect: GFF Architects

Owner: Cypress Equities

Encompassing over five city blocks, this 900,000-SF mixed-use development re-establishes West 7th Street in the historic Fort Worth Museum District with retail, office, hotel and residential space. The architecture is an eclectic blend of lifestyle storefronts and modern styling. Owner Cypress Equities charged Rogers-O’Brien with the overall management of the project, which included demolition of the existing site, coordination of infrastructure and finish-out of the new buildings. The completed project features pedestrian walkways, tree-lined streets, plazas and outdoor seating.

Addition of Movie Tavern: Part of a multiphase development encompassing over five city blocks, Rogers-O’Brien finished out the shell space for the Movie Tavern project. The project consisted of seven theaters, a kitchen, a bar area and a mezzanine finish-out on the third and fourth levels of the building. The architecture is an eclectic blend of lifestyle storefronts and modern styling.
