With more than 20 years in construction and roots in Austin since 2005, Thomas Lucas serves as a Field Director at RO. He oversees day-to-day project execution, ensuring superintendents and project managers have the support and resources they need to deliver for clients. For Thomas, the art of building isn't about the physical structure. It's about building and supporting the team, project team and trade partners alike, who bring it to life. He's passionate about safety and believes his legacy won't be measured in buildings, but in the teams he's created, encouraged, and coached along the way. When he's not at work, you can find him spinning vinyl with his family, playing with his boys, or on a date night with his wife, Erica.
