Paul Solberg brings more than 30 years of construction experience to his role as Project Director at RO. He partners with Field Directors to lead projects from start to finish, meeting client expectations on time and on budget. For Paul, the work is about impacting people's lives through the spaces we create. He wants to deliver projects where people are excited to come to work and appreciate the quality and integrity in every detail. Paul thrives on solving complex problems, taking time to think through every scenario. It's what he enjoys most about this work.

Random fact about you? I grew up in Papua New Guinea on Ranara Station, a remote location with no TV or electricity. Living there until I was 8 years old taught me to be resourceful and adaptable, skills that serve me well in solving complex construction challenges today.
