With more than 32 years at Rogers-O’Brien, Alan brings continuity, perspective, and a practical understanding of how work moves from preconstruction through completion. He began his career as a Project Engineer and advanced through both field and office roles, shaping a leadership approach rooted in firsthand experience and a deep respect for the day-to-day realities of construction.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Alan enjoys soccer, basketball, golf, and tennis, and he’s an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
