John leads RO's South Texas region from the same corner of the state where he grew up. A New Braunfels native, he earned his Construction Science degree from Texas A&M and has spent more than 25 years in the industry. He joined RO in 2012 and has played a key role in growing the San Antonio office and its client base.

As regional vice president, John oversees operations across nearly 30 active projects spanning preconstruction through closeout. His focus is on building client relationships and developing the next generation of RO leaders in South Texas.

When he's not at work, he's usually not far from another project - whether that's something in the garage or a weekend outdoors with his wife, Lori, and their two kids.
